Spay & Neuter Clinic: Volunteer Training

Volunteering at the POPP Spay & Neuter Clinic is rewarding and fun, but also hard work. Our volunteers are an integral part of the clinic and the care of the pets. Volunteers help with laundry, assembly of e-collars, cleaning surgery instruments, wrapping surgery packs, cleaning kennels, moving patients to and from surgery, and helping answer questions when people come by.

We don’t say it enough – we love out volunteers! Volunteers allow us to help more pets. Our volunteer team helps us provide the high quality, high volume surgery days that help prevent pet overpopulation in our region. We regularly see pets from Yakima, Benton, Franklin, Grant, and Umatilla counties.
