To continue to provide a proactive solution to pet overpopulation and homelessness The Washington Federation of Animal Care and Control Agencies has earmarked revenue from the sale of specialty Spay~Neuter~Adopt license plates for the spay/neuter surgeries of cats, dogs, and rabbits in Washington State. $28 from each purchase will be awarded quarterly to Washington animal agencies for the purpose of increasing spay/neuter services.
