Mission
Since founded in 1997, Pet OverPopulation Prevention (POPP) has become recognized as a
progressive non-profit that combats pet homelessness and overpopulation by educating the
public on the importance of spaying and neutering pets, providing financial assistance to public
and other rescue organizations, and providing various methods of caring for and finding homes
for feral, abandoned, and homeless pets.
Role
A primary responsibility of the board of directors is to participate in the development of policy

make a commitment before they are voted on the Board. A list of committees and descriptions
are also included in this mailing.
