About This Race: You can run or walk with or without your pooch in all of these races starting at Columbia Point Marina in Richland, WA. The course follows the beautiful Columbia River Trail. Everyone will have quick turnarounds at the half-way marks of all races in Howard Amon Park.

Entry Fee:
*$25 run/walk fee includes t-shirt, dog ears, and scarf for 1 mile, 5K, or 10K(shirt, dog ears, and scarf only available for those who pre-register by 3/16/12)
*$20 run/walk fee on race day for all events--no t-shirt, dog ears, or scarf available
Pooches are free!

Pre-Race Pickup: You can pick-up your race number, t-shirt, dog ears and scarf on Friday, March 23rd from 6:00 - 7:00 PM at the Columbia Point Marina Start Area in parking lot.
On race day---at 8:15 AM
Elibility: All participants must sign a Waiver Release form and participants under 18 years of age must have Waiver Release signed by a parent or guardian. Pooches-No fighters or biters please.

Proceeds: All proceeds to benefit Pet Over Population Prevention (POPP), a local, no-profit, all volunteer, no-kill pet organization that is dedicated to finding forever homes for homeless dogs and cats. All pets are spayed and neutered before adoption. The POPP adoption facility is located at 524B Warehouse Street in Richland off of Wellsian Way between Atomic Auto Body and Joker Casino/Atomic Bowl. POPP operates an adoption site on Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. POPP adoption personnel can also be found on most Saturday and Sundays at Petsmart from noon to 4:00 PM---cats only, and daily at Petco in Richland--cats only.
