  • Dr. Frank McMillan, DVM Seminar, Sunday, August 25, 2013, Pet Over Population Prevention would like to extend an invitation to anyone interested in attending a seminar featuring Dr. Franklin D. McMillan, DVM, (Dr. Frank), the Director of Well-Being Studies at Best Friends Animal Society. The Seminar is scheduled for August 25, 2013 at the Red Lion Hotel & Convention Center in Pasco. 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Break amenities and lunch will be included in the price of registration. Dr. Frank assesses and studies the mental health and emotional well-being of pets who have endured hardship, adversity and psychological trauma. The topics he will address at the seminar include cat behavior, his study of puppy mills and dog behavior, the advantages of spaying or neutering pets and the quality of life for both cats and dogs. Continuing Education credits may be available. More information will be posted as it is obtained. Cost: TBD

  • SpayGhetti Feed, Sunday, September, 15th, 5:00pm, We will again have outdoor seating, a band, $12 per person and dogs are welcome to attend! This will be held at Sage Port Grill. Stay tuned for more information and ticket sales.
